KOH RACHA NOI ISLAND
Diving boat trip from Phuket (25 Miles): 2 hours and 30 minutes by a powered day dive boat.
Visibility: 15-30 meters. Depth: 3-30 meters.
Koh Racha Noi Island dives consist of rocky slopes, coral gardens and huge rock pinnacles. Marine life here includes both hard and soft corals, crinoids of many colors, and a wide variety of reef fish with occasionally pelagic fish. Many divers compare the dive spots with those in the Similan / Surin Islands.
KOH RACHA YAI ISLAND
Diving boat trip from Phuket (13 Miles): 1 hour 30 minutes by a powered day dive boat or 30 minutes by speedboat.
Visibility: 10-25 meters. Depth: 3-30 meters.
Koh Racha Yai Island is ideal for the whole family whether for snorkeling in shallow water or for scuba diving from beginner diver up to more experienced diver.
During the monsoon period from May to October, the sea on the East side of Koh Racha Yai Island is well protected from strong wind and swells and is the perfect place for snorkelers, freedivers, beginners-divers or experienced divers to dive safely in crystal clear waters to enjoy discovering abundant coral reef life, to swim throughout man-made cement blocks, to ride motorcycle wrecks for some photos and exploring one of the six shipwrecks between 18 and 30 meters depending of the divers' experience such as:
- MV Harruby - A steel dive boat shipwreck of 22 meters sunk in May 2021 on a 18-meter sandy seabed near cement blocks and the fringing coral reefs.
- Old Thai wooden fishing boat - Qeel, engine and part of the hull rest in 24-meter sandy seabed at the stern of MV Harruby.
- MY Meditation - A steel yacht shipwreck of 37 meters sunk in October 2023 on a 24-meter sandy seabed.
- MV Sinaran Andaman - A container cargo ship sunk in July 2015 at Koh Hei Island and the bow was moved to rest in 24-meter sandy seabed at Racha Yai Island by the Phuket Marine Office.
- Old sailing Yacht - A sailing yacht shipwreck on a 24-meter sandy seabed at the northern edge of Bay 1.
- MV Marla's Mystery - A steel dive boat shipwreck sunk on a 30-meter sandy seabed.

PROGRAM OF THE DAY DIVE TRIP - KOH RACHA YAI & NOI ISLANDS
- 06:30 - 08:00 - Transfer from the hotel to the Seafarer Divers diving center in Chalong Bay Marina.
- 08:00 - 08:30 - Diving and snorkeling bags check-out, filling administrative papers and transfer then boarding and briefing aboard the day dive boat at the Chalong Bay Marina.
- 08:30 - 11:00 - Navigation and breakfast on the way to the island of Koh Racha Noi.
- 11:00 - 16:00 - Buffet lunch, fruits all day long, 3 dives for certified divers and training divers, freediving, snorkeling to the islands of Koh Racha Yai and Noi islands.
- 16:00 - 17:30 - Navigation back to Chalong Bay Marina.
- 17:30 - 18:30 - Disembarking and transfer to the hotel.

DAY DIVE TRIPS INCLUDE
- All participants: Hotel transfers from Kamala, Kalim, Patong North & South, Karon, Kata, Nai Harn, Chalong and Rawai Beaches (Other parts of Phuket Island: Please contact us), Boat, dinghy, breakfast, fruits all day-long, buffet-lunch, water, tea, coffee, chocolate and soft-drinks.
- Snorkeler: Snorkeling with a local guide on the shallow reef with a mask, snorkel and life-vest on.
- Freediver: Freediver will enjoy deep freedives in clear water under the supervision of our multi-lingual Instructor / Tour Leader.
Beginner diver (DSD - Discover Scuba Diving): The course includes full scuba diving equipment and the beginner will enjoy 2 to 3 shallow dives with learning basic training at the start of dives under the supervision of our multilingual instructor.
- SCUBA review for certified diver: Ideal for certified divers who have not dived for a few months and want to start their diving vacation in complete safety with a refresher course under the supervision of our multilingual instructor / divemaster including 2 dives and full scuba diving equipment.
- Certified diver (Fun dives): Tanks, weights and 2 fun dives under the supervision of our multilingual Instructor / Divemaster.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BOOKING
Reservation for any dive tour (Mandatory by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports)
To book an excursion, a day of diving or a diving course with Seafarer Divers Phuket, we need to have this information:
- By all participants: Name and first name, photocopy of passport, nationality, full address in Phuket (Hotel with room number, private house, condo, etc.), arrival and departure dates to and from Thailand.
- Per diver: Photocopies of the diver's certification and logbook with the last dives (certified diver only), height and weight in metric system, the size of the BCD (Stab-jacket) and the wetsuit (XXXL, XXL, XL, L, M, S, XS), the size of the feet for the fins.
